Terms of Agreement
La Casa Verde — Private Event Agreement to Terms. By submitting this form and booking a La Casa Verde private event, the Client (Event Host) agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Reservation & Deposit
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date and time.
- The remaining balance is due 2 days prior to the event.
2. Service & Staffing
- La Casa Verde will provide barista staff, equipment, and beverages as outlined in the confirmed proposal.
3. Guest Count & Changes
- Final guest count must be provided at least 7 days before the event.
- If actual attendance exceeds the confirmed number, La Casa Verde will do its best to accommodate but cannot guarantee additional servings.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Deposits are non-refundable if the event is canceled by the client.
- One reschedule is permitted (subject to availability) if requested at least 21 days in advance.
5. Weather & Outdoor Events
- For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing adequate weather protection (shade, rain cover, etc.).
- In case of severe weather that prevents safe service, La Casa Verde may pause or adjust service without refund.
6. Liability
- Client agrees to hold La Casa Verde harmless for any injuries, damages, or losses due to conditions outside La Casa Verde's control (e.g., venue hazards, guest behavior).
7. Payments
- Payments may be made by cash, credit card, Zelle, or other agreed method.
- A 15–20% service charge (for gratuity and operations) will be added to the final invoice unless otherwise stated.
8. Media Use
- La Casa Verde may take photos or videos of the event for marketing and social media purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
